The hotel was situated in the heart of the city center, with easy access to the Abbaye and the main square. The rooms were cozy and clean, though there was a slight issue with a leaking loo. The service was fantastic, with a warm welcome drink upon arrival and helpful tours and ticket assistance. The dining experience was delightful, especially sampling their fine bread. Overall, a great location with some room for improvement in room maintenance and facilities.
